1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Burning Bridges AI services and related systems operated by Burning Bridges AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information.
Maintaining account credential security.
Activities performed under your account.

3. Service Description

Burning Bridges AI provides AI image generation and editing, AI video generation from prompts and supported references, and a fixed Burning Bridges performance workflow using a lead photo and optional background photos. Available inputs and output settings depend on the selected model or workflow. Accounts and credits support generation and access to saved results. Face swapping is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Your Inputs and Outputs

You retain rights in your lawful prompts and uploaded materials ("Inputs").
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own Outputs generated for your account.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store Inputs and Outputs as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your Inputs and Outputs do not violate law or third-party rights.
We do not guarantee Outputs are accurate, unique, fully stable, or free from third-party claims.

5. Acceptable Use

This section is supplemented by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Upload content you do not have rights to use.
Upload a portrait, face, likeness, or reference video without the knowledge, consent, or authorization required by law.
Generate pornographic or sexualized content, or perform face swaps, including consensual swaps.
Generate unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or non-consensual impersonation content.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt model extraction.
Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms.
Use automation in ways that degrade service stability or abuse provider capacity.
Generate, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, fetish, or sexualized content.
Generate, upload, request, or distribute sexual content involving minors or people who appear underage.
Bypass or attempt to bypass the Acceptable Use Policy, moderation systems, payment controls, rate limits, or platform safety systems.

6. Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

Purchases are currently unavailable on Burning Bridges AI. Displayed plans do not open checkout. The payment and subscription provisions below apply when paid purchases are offered.

6.1 Payments

Paid features are processed by third-party payment providers.
Prices, plans, and credit allocations may change with notice.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges.

6.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancel renewal in Settings → Plans and billing using the subscription management button, then confirm cancellation in the Stripe customer portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact support@burningbridgesai.com before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Credits

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period. Credits purchased through a one-time credit package never expire. Promotional credits follow the expiry rules shown when granted.
Credits are consumed when generation tasks are submitted and processed.
Credits deducted for failed tasks are subject to correction. Contact support if a failed task has not been credited back.

7. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Third-Party Providers

The Service may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers. Availability, latency, content moderation, output quality, and other behaviors may depend on those providers and may change without notice.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or compatibility with all environments or source media.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, workflows, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by Burning Bridges AI or its licensors and protected by law. Except for limited rights granted in these Terms, no additional rights are transferred to you.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud risk, legal risk, non-payment, or provider restrictions. Provisions that should survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity, will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burning Bridges AI and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Burning Bridges AI is established. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts or other legally permitted dispute-resolution forums in that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

18. Language

Independent service and third-party models

We provide an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party model provider unless explicitly stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify supported services. Our account, credit, upload and generation workflows use upstream AI models; their availability, speed and output quality may change.
